bug(android/engine): Navigating keyboard picker menu with external keyboard

Found during Acceptance Testing of 15.0.195-alpha on Samsung Galaxy A32 with Android 11 and external Logitech bluetooth keyboard

With a Keyman system keyboard, the key shortcut Ctrl+Tab brings up the Keyman keyboard picker menu. Tab and up/down arrows can navigate between Keyman keyboards, but when the selection gets to "Other Input Methods", the whole block is highlighted and can't be selected with Enter.
