I'm not sure this really is accurate. The additional key can be left unassigned without harm. In fact, for greatest compatibility for all users, you should not assign this key, because users on ANSI keyboards will not be able to access it!

There is already a section about this but it wasn't clear to why they can't change the layout in Keyman Developer so I added an image for differentiate between two layouts and also to clarify the context explained in the section.
