Building from source is recommended; everything you need is in the GitHub repository. An install of Visual Studio 2012 or Visual C# 2012 should be sufficient. Newer versions might work too.

If you don't want to perform a git checkout, you can grab the latest source code bundle instead.

Otherwise, you can download a pre-built version, as of March 3, 2014. I run a virus scanner, but you still do so at your own risk!
