Heavy truck mode

• Fixed idle torque lock effect, it now scales down with clutch pedal application and doesn't apply until the stick is fully slotted
• Changed the engine rumble effect shape from sine wave to triangle
• Refactored grind effects
• Added grind effect smoothing; the AB9 struggles with updating periodic effects too frequently.

Do we have the ability to reconfigure the H-pattern, such as adding gates? I'd like to be able to have R+6, though I'm sure many would also appreciate a R+4, R+5, 4+R, 5+R, and 6+R.

Not currently, but it's a planned feature, hopefully will get to it soon

Ok thanks, that would be huge. It’s the main thing missing from the AB9/6 imo. Also, how do we request features? Sequential shifter is also planned, I'll add the request for a lockout and selectable top gear is added to that feature's ticket, great idea
