Adding compatibility for web would just add additional complexity. Since this is a mobile application we don't need to worry about this. |

It's a pretty good idea to add a fallback file for the web. Although it's not critical it's nicer for the web version to run without errors. Try to keep the scope limited for a pull request however. You're changing a lot of different unrelated things here. |
