Back before there was dropbox and twitter, people used to use daytimers to track what they did throughout the day. By taking notes in an agenda, you could go back to the day that you had the notes and see what else you did that day.

Today, people have moved electronic, and this tools shows your notes you take, by the day, kind of like a daytimer.
