Greeting

This is the console application that prints greeting in depend of times of day. Also greeting message depends of default locale.

Build and run the project

1. Build the project with maven: mvn clean package
2. Run the jar: java -jar target/kholod-testtasks-greeting-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
3. Javadocs is accessible at target/javadoc
