Switching tabs throws Exception

On switching tabs in the editor, I get an ArgumentException saying "An item with the same key has already been added." at OnDocumentOpened() in ScriptWorkspace.cs

Yeah... The editor is merely on a POC-stage right now. Exceptions are to be expected 😞
