Hi there. First of all, thanks for this project, really cool effort to rewrite the docs for hooks! I've only seen Nick McCurdy's version before (reactjs#2400), but this looks great too!
Just a quick PR to not rely on hoisting (which may be confusing for beginners) for the event handler functions.
