Create a list of software with a simple description

Something that teachers asked for was:
- A list of all the software (or most of them) contained in the KoC distributions with a general description so they can read it and they can know which program they can explore to use with their students.

This list should be in English and Spanish. And it should be, not on the technical side, more on the common user side.
