Kite plugin not reachable

Information
Ever since I installed JupyterLab via pip and started to run it, I installed kite and noticed that the extension server for kite is unreachable for me! I tried to attempt to install again, but that ended up in failure!

• pip3 install jupyterlab-kite (attempt 1)
• Kite: server extension unreachable (failure)
• Uninstall and reinstall kite in jupyter-lab (attempt 2)
• See 2nd thing...

This Issue
Installed the kite plugin, but it says that the jupyterlab-kite extension will not work because the jupyter-kite server extension could not be reached.

Have you tried to restart Jupyter-Lab after installation?
Restart Jupyter-lab to connect to the service successfully
