Q: How long should this take?

For reference, it took me 2 days to complete, including compiling the test files.

Q: Is this challenge time-capped?

No, take as much time as you need. We'd prefer high code quality over rushed implementations that barely manage to pass. Though we will still likely ask how long you took.

Q: Any way to earn bonus points?

Add additional tests (that work with your parser) and send a pull request. Especially if the test is well-reasoned out. For example, what happens if a store closes after 2800? Or "Mon - Fri, except Wedn".
