[FEATURE] Add new Audio/Video UI and Toolbox Plugin

• separate each Audio Tool into an own media-panel with Toolbox button
• enhance view-functions with Toolbox Plugin tx_dlf_audiovideotool
• add Audiolabel-Image panel for audiofiles with Cover Images in ImageFileGroup
• enhance mode/panel selection with F4, F6, F7, F8 Keys
• update Equalizer Panel, added a blurry preview Image for better UI
• TypeScript bugfixes
• jest testing error fix with @babel/runtime helper

The few remaining codacy issues are not relevant to my understanding.
Some of the console statements i took over and some are good to know outside of debugging.
Further on, Codacy also checks the Resources/Public/Css folder, which should not be analyzed. I can't change this. Can we add this folder to the ignore list? (Resources/Public/DlfMediaPlayer too?)
