Feature request: moving a block to other note

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When organizing notes, you may want to move a block to another note.

Describe the solution you'd like
A menu item or context menu item (with keyboard shortcut) with this functionality.

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Workaround

• Pressing Ctrl + A to select the current block
• Cutting it out with Ctrl + X
• Changing note to other note with Ctrl + P
• Pasting it with Ctrl + V

2. Using heynote 😁 (maybe it is easier to port it from there, it has the Ctrl + S shortcut for that)

Available as a command palette command or context menu Block / Move to another note.

Can't bind to Ctrl + S because it's already used for save note.
