AI Usage Status 1.0.1

First public release. Displays Codex and Claude subscription quota percentages in the desktop status bar, with reset times, manual refresh, and stale-data protection.

Both providers are off by default. Click a status indicator and read the access disclosure before enabling a provider. The plugin uses existing local CLI authentication; the Claude integration depends on an undocumented endpoint. No model prompts are generated.

Tested platform: macOS. Requires Obsidian 1.13.7 or newer. Initial UI is primarily Japanese. 28 offline tests pass, including self-contained release loading and no credential/network access before opt-in.
