Battle.net

Switch between Battle.net accounts (Diablo, Overwatch, World of Warcraft, Call of Duty, anything launched through the Battle.net app).

Windows only. The Battle.net app does not exist on Linux or macOS, so accshift does not show this platform there.

How it works

Battle.net keeps a short list of accounts you have used before, and on launch it signs in as the one at the top of the list. accshift switches accounts by reordering that list:

  1. Battle.net is closed.
  2. The target account is moved to the top of the saved list.
  3. Battle.net is relaunched and signs in as that account.

Adding accounts

Two paths:

  1. Auto-detected: accounts that have previously logged in on this PC are read from Battle.net.config.
  2. Add Account flow: Battle.net launches with a fresh login form. Sign in; accshift picks up the new entry from the config file.

Windows

The only supported OS. Auto-detects the Battle.net install; override in Settings > Battle.net if needed.

Settings

  • Battle.net path: override if auto-detection fails.
  • Show last login: timestamps on cards.

Troubleshooting

  • Battle.net opens on the wrong account: confirm Battle.net is fully closed before the switch; accshift relies on the launcher reading the file on cold start.
  • "Battle.net not found": set the path override in Settings.
