Proposed changes

This PR fixed a bug that handled to encode an array of dynamic type.

• In Contract ABI specification, the dynamic type has defined following contents.
  • bytes
  • string
  • T[] for any T
  • T[k] for any dynamic T and any k >= 0
  • (T1,...,Tk) if Ti is dynamic for some 1 <= i <= k

This PR handled a cases that 3,4 items.
