Escrow v1 appeals #232
Description
For Escrow V1 disputes, the default behaviour of crowdfunding appeals does not work because this is not supported by Escrow V1 contracts.
The way to appeal is to pay the full cost of the appeal.
This also means that many calculations done for crowdfunding are not necessary in this type of dispute; we can rely on the arbitrationCost returned by the Arbitrator contract.
