xDai list creation page - Previous Deployments' links incorrect #249
Description
When one goes to the 'Create a list' interface, previous deployments under the user's address are listed. However the links are incorrect, due to failure to retrieve the right Chain ID.
- Current it links to: https://curate.kleros.io/tcr/undefined/0xA78ec5742A5d360f92F6d6d7E775Fb35Ab559a51
- When it should link to : https://curate.kleros.io/tcr/[CHAIN_ID]/0xA78ec5742A5d360f92F6d6d7E775Fb35Ab559a51
This error seems to be manifesting in xDai and also all the testnet instances, so I think it's a general problem for everything outside of Mainnet.
