Summary

refactor the original CLI implementation into a reusable runner module
add a FastAPI application with a /run endpoint for remote automation requests
document the API workflow and include FastAPI/Uvicorn dependencies

pytest
pre-commit run --files ai_testing_tool/runner.py ai_testing_tool/api.py ai-testing-tool.py (fails: pre-commit unavailable in the execution environment)
