This is a stripped down version of the Mash program for genome comparison. Despite being written in JavaScript and running entirely in the browser it is surprisingly fast.
This repository contains the development version of WebMash. For a live version visit kloetzl.info/webmash. When working locally, you may have to change your browser settings to allow web workers.
