* k8s types updates * ingress template updated, now annotations are calculated in the controller code directly * healthcheck added at path /.kl/healthz for deployment liveness and readiness probe * [./agent] substituted panic with error return and handling * [./grpc-interfaces] GetClusterToken now has dockerConfigJson output too * [operators/project] project controller and env controller updated * [operators/routers] annotation for ingress nginx, now calculating in controller * refactorings, and exposed k8s client with controller apis for kloudlite-api to use
