Stardance tutorial

Hi if you reading this it mostly likely you come from stardance page.

This page should make you easier how to use and test my dev tool.

If you have any question make a comment on stardance on contact me on slack

Paths you can take:

• easy if you don't feel very good at checking something like this (it could mean you don't test everything)
• medium if you know around coding
• hard skip this page and go to testing!

EASY

1. Use the compare app

• to use it you need to create account in Volvo developer portal
• this App will show the difference in responses between demo car and this

• you need the create API application ( don't publish it)

• when you created registered your app you need to copy somewhere your API key

• now you need to generate your access token SAVE IT

• Now you can go to compare app

2. look thru the dashboard

• you can click go to it manually or use the button in compare app

(one of the api keys: vcc_api_key)

3. See the modified example app WIP TODO add link

• you need a npm
• focus on example app and not OAuth2 example

You can go to the MEDIUM path

MEDIUM

1. look thru the dashboard file

• self explanatory ( example api key: vcc_api_key)

2. read thru the wiki
3. create a terminal app that uses Volvo API using docs and test it using my app

• Here you have an example from me (it's not the prettiest but works. I think) I wrote it fast and I think without going with any shortcuts or anything it should be easy to understand
