* master: Add local dev setup instructions to docs. Add sub v1 breaking changes warning to docs and README. Remove .sr-only util that is unlikely to be commonly used. Exclude disabled buttons from custom pointer so that base :disabled pointer works. Closes knadh#79. Make border on focused form elements more visible (knadh#90) Dismiss sidebar when clicked outside on mobile view. Closes knadh#91. Remove hardcoded toast timing values from JS and reuse CSS vars. Close knadh#89. Replace `.spinner` with `aria-busy="true"`. This is a breaking change. Make `.hstack` util responsive by making contents wrap. Fix typos in docs (knadh#81)
