Requesting Support/Clarification for Github Apps with Private Keys in GithubSource

Problem
I am currently seeing that the github webhook events can only be configured using PATs. Which works fine, but I couldn't find any reference or usage that can use Github APP ID, and Private keys to configure webhooks. Adding that support would be super helpful.
