Expected Behavior

Install GCP PubSub event source

Actual Behavior

Get 404 not found an error
error: unable to read URL "https://github.com/knative/eventing-contrib/releases/download/v0.9.0/gcppubsub.yaml", server reported 404 Not Found, status code=404

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Create GKE cluster
2. Install Knative 0.9.0
3. Install GCP PubSub event source (kubectl apply --filename https://github.com/knative/eventing-contrib/releases/download/v0.9.0/gcppubsub.yaml)
