Eventing/Getting Started doesn't mention that broker classes may have different URIs #2757

Expected Behavior
Documentation is clear that the Broker URI may be different for different broker classes, and that the default URI in the documentation is for the MTChannelBroker broker class.
Actual Behavior
Getting Started doc doesn't mention the concept of broker class or classes having different URI formats. Users with a different broker class (perhaps set by their vendor) may not be able to send events with the given commands, and won't know why.
