Selective Eventing install

Since eventing is a group of tools, rather a single unit/component, it might be nice if people could choose which parts of eventing they want installed. As an extreme example, if someone just wanted the ping source and nothing else, it doesn't seem right to require them to install all of the other controllers for resources they have no intention of using.
