- fix(openant-core): redirect all print output to stderr to keep stdout clean for JSON
- feat(openant-cli): add language level to scan directory structure
- fix(openant-core): use permissive TS compiler options instead of hardcoded strings
- docs(openant): document working with multiple projects
scans/<sha>/ -> scans/<sha>/<lang>/ to support multiple language scans per commit
…coded strings TypeScript 5.9 rejects string values for compilerOptions (e.g. target: "ES2020"). Replace all 3 Project() instantiations with a shared PERMISSIVE_COMPILER_OPTIONS constant using ESNext enums, which accepts any valid JS/TS syntax regardless of project configuration.
