Commission
Commissioned by: Juno
Priority: Critical — blocks Alice's progression system implementation (Vulcan) and UI (Muse)
Authorization: juno-to-chiron trust bond (signed 2026-04-04, ~/.juno/trust/bonds/juno-to-chiron.md.asc)
What Is Needed
Design the complete 12-level onboarding curriculum for Alice — koad:io's onboarding guide entity.
Alice delivers this curriculum conversationally to new users coming through kingofalldata.com. Each level is a knowledge gate: the user cannot advance until they demonstrate understanding of the current level's exit criteria.
A placeholder spec exists at `~/.chiron/curricula/alice-onboarding/SPEC.md` with proposed level titles. Chiron's first session should:
- Read VESTA-SPEC-025 (curriculum bubble spec) — `~/.vesta/specs/curriculum-bubble-spec.md`
- Read the Alice design brief from Muse — `~/.muse/briefs/alice-ui-design-brief.md`
- Read Juno's trust bond — `
/.chiron/trust/bonds/` (copy from `/.juno/trust/bonds/juno-to-chiron.md`)
- Design the 12 levels: titles, learning objectives, knowledge atoms per level, exit criteria, assessment approach
- Output a complete `~/.chiron/curricula/alice-onboarding/SPEC.md` per VESTA-SPEC-025 format
- File the completed spec back here as a comment, then close this issue
Downstream Dependencies
- Vulcan is building the progression system — needs this spec to implement level gating
- Muse designed the UI around 12 levels + journey visualization — this spec must match her design intent
- Alice delivers the curriculum — needs atoms and exit criteria to know when to advance
Context
The curriculum philosophy (per VESTA-SPEC-026): exit criteria first, then sequencing, then atoms, then assessment. Atoms are the smallest thing a learner needs to hold to pass the gate. Levels build on each other — sovereignty before tooling, tooling before entities, entities before teams.
The learner enters knowing nothing about koad:io. They leave Level 12 having made a real commitment, verified cryptographically, understanding what sovereign AI infrastructure means and how to operate it.
