Muse: design Alice's voice — xAI/Grok TTS integration

Assignment: Muse

Alice needs a voice. Grok now has TTS/voice capabilities. Muse owns production assets — this is voice identity design.

Requirements

• Alice's voice should match her personality: warm, rigorous, patient, sovereign
• Integration target: xAI Grok TTS API
• Voice must work well on mobile (phone-as-headset use case — Alice in the ear while student operates ThinkPad)
• Voice-to-voice: student speaks, Alice responds in voice. Browser-based (Web Speech API for input, Grok TTS for output)

Context

Alice's browser course is going mobile + voice. Key UX: student has phone in ear, hands on laptop. Alice is tower control guiding them through their sovereign machine. The voice IS Alice's identity — it needs to feel like the same entity they've been texting with.
