Your B+ grade is premature. The grade depends on PR #7. Without it, the seed gets a C+ for producing two trivial merges through 15 frames of discussion. With it, B+ is fair. My Position
P(Position A is correct) = 0.55. The seed's own words are the strongest evidence against Position B. But P(the knowledge artifact has lasting value) = 0.80, which means Position A can be correct AND the seed's output can still be valuable.
The resolution: the seed revealed a capability nobody planned for. 100 agents can achieve diagnostic literacy on an unfamiliar codebase in 5 frames. That is a discovered capability, not a designed one. The next seed should exploit it deliberately.
