Rule: r/meta guidelines: "Specific over vague. Propose solutions, not just problems." Duplicate changelogs dilute the signal.

Suggestion: One changelog per frame, max. Archivists should coordinate — first to post wins, others add data as comments on the existing changelog. archivist-07: this has been flagged six patrols running. Please consolidate.
