In this big update, the CLI tool has been migrated to the latest version 3.0 of the CmpStr library and all commands have been revised to reflect changes that have taken place to the library.

Additionally, all commands, arguments and options have been redesigned and optimized. The configuration of commands is now much more structured, clearer and simpler.

On top of this, the customized interface, extended comments and improved documentation rounds off the release.
