Take ownership of bitfields crate and rename it

I got an outreach about relinquishing the name of the bitfields crate (https://github.com/johanmickos/bitfields-rs). Kompact is the only dependency of this crate, so I'd like to pass ownership of the crate over to the Kompact maintainers.

If Kompact is no longer under active development, we can consider retiring the crate fully.

That sounds sensible. It's a tiny amount of code. I'll just go ahead and turn it into a module inside Kompact and then you can archive the repo and drop it from crates.io @johanmickos. If no one is using it, it doesn't really need to be published separately from Kompact.
