Subnavbar blur

Hi have a transparent navbar with a subnavbar with some chips inside.
The navbar, during scroll, has a proper blur over the background, but the subnavbar doesn't "get the blur". I think this is a bug, probably it's the navbar container that should add the blur, not only the navbar ignoring the subnavbar slot.
