Return estimation web app made by Python (Django)

How to use locally...

1. Install django and other modules (numpy, matplotlib, tensorflow ...etc)
2. Run localhost server ($ python3 manage.py runserver) in your terminal
3. Open 127.0.0.1:8000 in your browser
