Chapter Merger Beta 0.9.3

Number of fixes including:

• Issue with viewing output folder after merge process not working as it should.
• Issue with empty string check when analyzing resulting in files not analyzed at all (silly, silly me.).
• Issue with default output path for lone files (was getting the assembly time path, instead).
• Issue with cancelling merge job not working.
• UI updates for probable upcoming features.

Binary files are removed. Too buggy to be released anyway. Refer to the latest version.
