Add Java-focused Wall Clock, I/O wait, GC, allocation, and lock evidence across collector, backend, ClickHouse, and the incident UI. Update the JDK17 demo workload and real acceptance flow so the feature is proven with non-empty real Kubernetes profile data and browser screenshots.
