dfman 1.1.2

Release checks now use the public GitHub release page without an API token or API rate-limit dependency.
dfman self update downloads the native installer, verifies SHA-256, and opens it. Complete installation in the macOS/Windows installer window; Ubuntu uses PolicyKit and apt.
dfman self update --check remains check-only.
HTTP errors identify the failing host. Invalid redirects, unsupported platforms, and missing, duplicate, or mismatched checksums are rejected.

If your installed updater returns HTTP 403, download and run this release's installer once to get the fix.

Installers are unsigned; macOS notarization remains disabled.
