update docs links in sdlc repo to point to new Mintlify docs #39
Description
After migration, all hardcoded links to the old docs site in the sdlc repo
must be updated to point to the new Mintlify-hosted docs.
Tasks
- Audit all docs links in `kosli-dev/sdlc`
- Update links to point to the new docs URL
- Open a PR in the sdlc repo
