This code has been running in production for the last 12 years. It's time we actually do a tag and release. ;) We will follow semver from now on. Unless we forget.
At the same time - my endless thanks to all 38 contributors that helped iron out bugs and issues, and to @patrykko who allowed me to open source this code back at Cloud Your Car in 2014. I am quite proud of this code - usually my 12-year code elicits at least a yuck when I look at it again; this one is more of a "hmm, I was clever when I was kid". Of course this is not just my work - because, again, this is a group effort, and thanks to you all we have modern CMake support, bugs keep getting squashed, and we gain support for new NMEA stuff that I wouldn't dream about back in 2014.
