This is the official release of the shunPykeR single cell pipeline. There are major changes in this official release in comparison to the pre-released version. These include:
- the pipeline format (see infographic in the main repository page)
- packages and modules (reflected in the newer shunPykeR.yml environment file) and
- the directory hierarchy (deletion of old directories and creation of new ones to better fit the data)
