Localization fixes for the bundled sample apps and a small visual polish.

Fixed

  • Recipe-based sample apps now show their navigation menu labels and in-app text in the active display language. Previously the bundled Document Viewer displayed Japanese labels and text even when KovitoBoard was set to English.
  • The "open folder" icon in the Document Viewer's file tree is now clearly visible; it previously appeared faint compared to the closed-folder icon.
