Among other things, I’ve sorted the characters in the main file by codepoint, and added
headers and such, and tweaked reams of rules, adding even more, probably. Integrate this
however you like, or keep it in a separate branch, or not at all, but I figured I’d share.
(I figure keeping it in a separate branch would be fine, people have different tastes.)
