- Replace hero right-column with large project logo (two-column grid restored)
- Remove 'Local-first AI play and analysis' eyebrow bubble (span + CSS)
- Set .media-frame border-radius to 0 (rectangular corners)
- Fix all .md doc links to GitHub rendered pages (README, USER_GUIDE, CONTRIBUTING, CREDITS)
- Update STATUS.md
