What's Changed

Note: Removing camera devices

To remove a Blue Iris camera from Home Assistant, first remove that camera from all relevant integration options, such as Allowed Cameras, Motion Sensors, Connectivity Sensors, Audio Sensors, DIO Sensors, and External Sensors. Save the options and reload the integration. Once the integration no longer provides entities for that camera, Home Assistant will allow the camera device to be deleted from the device page.

This is the initial release of the rebuilt Blue Iris integration for Home Assistant.

First and foremost, thank you to elad-bar for the original integration.

Please read the README before installation.

Important

This integration is not an in-place replacement for elad-bar's Blue Iris integration.
It uses the same Home Assistant domain, so both integrations cannot coexist.
If you currently use elad-bar's version, remove it completely before installing this one.

The MQTT setup in Blue Iris has changed, so any Blue Iris MQTT actions created for the previous integration will need to be updated.

Home Assistant automations may also need updates. In particular, Profile and Schedule controls are now Select entities instead of Switch entities.

I have provided a blueprint that makes use of some of the new snapshot/ai functionality. It's linked to on the README.
