Chrome 150

Due to the updated release schedule I run only even chrome version numbers.
Chrome 150 continues getting faster, as we've already seen improvements for 148 and 146!

For create 10,000 rows chrome 150 is 18 milliseconds faster for the fastest implementation (vanillajs-lite) and even 76.6 msecs faster for the slowest implementation (blazor-wasm-aot) than chrome 146 - which is pretty amazing!
