Restructure Firmware Reversing into an index + one page per function Firmware-Reversing.md is now an index page: a status-tagged table (fully traced / found+reachable+untraced / found+unreachable / name only) linking to 21 individual function pages. Moved the 4 fully- traced functions' complete disassembly to their own pages. Added 9 new pages for named, reachable-but-untraced functions (getIndexOfVid, calculateManeuvers, addSegmentData, filterToggleSeg, getSegProperty, and 4 mv_* maneuver-generator internals) with verified true prologue starts and preview disassembly. Added 5 pages for real symbol-table records that fall in the confirmed-unreachable 9MB+ zone (readNodeMP0 and its overloads/arm variant, resolveUnsetVNodeId). Added 3 pages for the original debug-string-only names (db_vid_get_map_id_V000, db_vid_get_pcl_id_V000, db_find_node) with no resolvable address.
