Parametric Testing

• Use objectiveFunctionWrapper everywhere
• Clean up test_miSim to use test case parameters instead of just instantiating variables everywhere
• Copy agent trails to other perspective plots
• Change parametricTestSuite to read parameter values from CSV
• Set number of agents by parameter, distribute randomly into a valid initial condition
• Random agent placement should not always create one long string network
• Set number of obstascles by parameter, distribute randomly between agents and objective
